LOTTE CONCERT HALL Media Installation

Vinyl-i VLAB leveraged its experience in multimedia construction for multiplexes and theaters to design and build specialized media for the nation’s only ‘yard-style’ classical performance venue. The media, consisting of six types, each controlled through a newly developed performance-specific CMS, was designed to operate in real-time according to the performance situation. These include ticket booth media, information kiosks displaying seat information based on performance hall and performance details, elevator hall media, car media, poster media informing about today’s and upcoming performances, and LED media providing real-time information about the performance venue.

Since its grand opening on August 19, 2016, Lotte Concert Hall has been at the forefront of classical performance culture. Following the completion of media construction, Lotte Concert Hall has garnered attention in the performance market through over 15 pre-opening performances, with performance schedules booked for the next two years.

With its unique yard-style performance venue and installation of a pipe organ, Lotte Concert Hall delivers a profound auditory experience to its visitors. The hall’s elegance as a classical performance venue combined with sleek digital media services has turned it into a new cultural space for classical enthusiasts.
